We girls want everything: flawless complexion, ample chest and a firm, peachy behind. However above all, no one can deny the irresistible appeal of a pair of long, shapely legs that stretches endlessly yet proportionately. Christian Louboutin, with its sexy red sole, has been known for creating the perfect feminine silhouette that all women long for. Its signature “Nudes” range of heels have been my personal go-to collection when I want to discreetly add a few inches to my pins and looking effortlessly chic at the same time. Now Christian Louboutin has launched addition of elegant new hues to the Nudes Collection, which offers a nude tone shoe for every women – hooray!
The Nudes Collection originally launched in 2013 with five shades of nude colour and four styles, and has instantly become a classic and wardrobe staple. The key element of wearing the Nudes Collection is picking the right colour of nude, as it is important to ensure the transition from calf leather to skin is smooth and seamless in order to creates long, flawless legs. For Spring 2016, Christian Louboutin introduces two new hues Nude #1 (porcelain) and Nude #7 (chocolate), bringing the range to a total of 7 colours. Together with the new Nudes, a pointy-toe ballet flat Solasofia (as pictured above and below, available for $595 in the US or £450 in the UK) has been introduced with the new season.
If you are like me and permanently looking for the right pair of flats that go with everything, Solasofia would be for you. I love the classically Parisian silhouette of Solasofia for it is both understated and versatile. It is equally stunning when worn with a pair of denim shorts, a work environment friendly suit, or even a Little Black Dress, and the pointy toe design makes it smart enough to carry its duty well into the night.
Of course, for the sky-is-the-limite killer-heel lovers, the new Nudes range will also be available in original classic designs such as Pigalle 100mm, So Kate 120mm, and the more daring Deepik 120mm (as pictured below).
Christian Louboutin offers the Spring 2016 Nudes in a new material: a soft, flexible, butter-like matte nappa leather. Compared to the classic kidskin frequently used in the previous Nudes Collection, the texture of the new leather shows less sheen and mimics the feeling of skin, allowing the shoe to completely disappear on the leg and further alluding to a feeling of nudity and hence, even longer legs! Don’t forget to tweet/Instagram/Snapchat your newly acquired Nudes and join the conversation at @LouboutinWorld using hashtag #NudesForAll.
